1st day on the lake

We finally got our boat on the water, with all the rain, storms, wind it has been hard to find a day. We decided to get out of town after Dev got off work, it is an hour drive to the nearest lake. The boat trailor got a flat tire on the way down so that took time to fix, by the time we got the boat on the water a storm came in, but we were deterimined! We thought aobut skiing and realized we left the flag and the tow rope at home. The kids loved loved loved playing on the swim platform and splashing in the water. Kinley did really well for her first time boating and didn't seem to mind her life jacket. Ton Ton was there to help out which was really nice! We floated for a bit, ate dinner and then the rain started so we put the boat back on the trailer. We were out for a whole hour at the most. While I was putting life jackets away I found the flag and the tow rope under the seat that Kinley was laying on, oh well! Hopefully next time will be a nice sunny day and we will get to ski :).

Random Fun, and Kinley is 10 weeks!

I can't believe that Kinley is already ten weeks old, where has the time gone? She is such a joy and has been a really easy baby. She is now 11lbs 8oz, and 24 inches long. She sleeps through the night for the most part (we still have a 4:30 awakening every once in a while). She laughs, and says "AAAGOOO". Her brother and sister love her so much. Kaya says she is a big baby now, it is hard for her to hold her now that she is heavier and wiggly, but she still wants to all the time. Kasen continues to give lots of hugs and kisses and has to know where "little sissy, or Tin-ee" is at all times. I have adjusted much better to three then I thought, I think going from 1-2 was much harder. Kinley just goes with us wherever we go, thank goodness for the bucket seat! I am sure life will change when we can't just haul her around whenever we want, but for now we are loving this phase of life!!
