My three Valentines

Since our anniversary is Feb. 16th, we like to devote Valentines Day to our kiddos. I love to shower them with love! This year we took the first 14 days of February and talked about the 1 Cor. verse on love. Each night they would pick a heart that had one part of the verse (ex. love is kind, love is not self-seeking etc,) and we would talk about what that meant and how we can use it in real life. I think they caught on and I look forward to doing it more each year as they can really understand what true love means.

We also had cute shirts as always (thanks again to my aunt Mindy!) Presents (thank you Oma), candy and fun heart pizzas (Devin and I had fondue :)).

Kaya and Kasen both had Valentine parties at school.






















And this is Kaya's art show. Her art teacher did the face painting and I think it is so cute!! I think Kasen really thought he turned into spider man that night :)
